Your donation of $150 will support a mum and her child through 10-weeks at EMALO Mother’s Group. EMALO is an engaging, supportive, and fun-loving Mothers’ Group that offers not only connection & conversations but relevant perinatal education & baby-led activities from local experts alongside access to 1-1 lived-experience support.

Those nappy bags don’t fill themselves! Your community group or gaggle of mates can support us by organising a community packing day to put all those essential baby items into nappy bags for new mums.

Organise a community packing day
Those nappy bags don’t fill themselves! Your community group or gaggle of mates can support us by organising a community packing day to put all those essential baby items into nappy bags for new mums.
With 1 in 5 households currently facing increased hunger and even going days without food (Foodbank Hunger Report, 2024), we’ve partnered with Lite n’ Easy to support new mums during this challenging time.
Our service delivers a week’s worth of dinners—7 meals of their choosing—straight to their door, easing the pressure of shopping and meal prep.
This allows mums to focus on their newborn and prioritize their mental health during the critical post-birth period.
We would love for you (the community) to partner with us by sponsoring a week’s worth of dinners (7 dinners) for a mum suffering with postnatal depression and/or anxiety or who is struggling with the rising cost of living and putting food on her table.
A week’s worth of dinners for a new mum delivered directly to her front door cost $80.
